My favorite kinds are lemon balm, hibiscus, peppermint, ginger, chamomile, fennel, licorice, red clover, raspberry leaf, schisandra berry, dandelion leaf, rose hips, passion flowers, lavender.
For digestion: fennel, peppermint/spearmint/mint, turmeric, chamomile and ginger tea.
For relaxation and sleep: lemon balm, lavender and chamomile.
For detox: dandelion, ginger and lemon tea.
