Chickpea Tortillas

Hosting a #tacotuesday or in the mood for a Mexican feast? These chickpea tortillas make for the perfect do-it-yourself meal for you and your friends!

Makes 6 tortillas.


  • 1 cup of chickpea flour

  • 1/3 cup of tapioca starch (from cassava)

  • 1 1/2 cup of water


  1. Add chickpea flour, tapioca starch, and mix together to large mixing bowl,

  2. Add more water if needed, and whisk thin and creamy like a pancake batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.

  4. Add some toppings and enjoy!
