Juicing has been around for a long time due to its healing effects; however, not all juices are created equal and not all juices have the same health benefits. Pure celery juice has been proven to be highly beneficial for people who suffer from chronic and auto-immune illnesses due to its powerful anti-inflammatory benefits.
