These crispy seed crackers make for the perfect afternoon snack when in the mood for a little nibble! Add these to hummus, pesto or use them for a light avocado toast!
1 cup of flax seeds
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds + 2 tbsp
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 pinch of rosemary
1 pinch of salt
Dash of garlic powder
Add all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
Allow the mixture to thicken and form a gel-like texture for about 20 min.
Transfer the mixture over to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread into a thin layer.
Bake in the oven for 35-45 min. at 325°F. The thinner the crackers, the quicker they can burn.
Bake until golden brown and enjoy!
